Currently, the General
Secretary of the College is the head of the administrative
office. He assumes this function in addition to
his leadership of the Society.
Duties and Obligations
The Executive Board
is the main organ of the Swiss College of Dental
Medicine. It prepares resolutions for discussion
at the Council of Delegates and ensures that the
resolutions, if passed, are carried out. The Board
also represents the College externally.
The duties of the Board of
Executives also include all other forms of business
which are not included in the laws and statutes
of other organs, such as:

determine
the administration of the Swiss College of
Dental Medicine, its
scope of business and the use of its logo.

appoint
an administrator |
| c) |
decide
to create working groups and projects |
| d) |
etermine
middle- and long-term planning goals |
| e) |
accept
concepts and plans of action |
| f) |
manage
relationships between members of the specialist
societies, between
national and international authorities, between
organisations and private agencies. |
| g) |
promulgate
regulations |
| h) |
nominate
representatives of the Swiss College of Dental
Medicine to other
organisations and committees. |
The Board of Executives can
determine the internal organisation of a business
regulation.
